I made an appt by phone 2 weeks ago for a pedi today. When I arrived at 11:45 am, was greeted with "can I help you?" explained that I had a pedi appt, and she replied that they were having some problem with their computers. A man came from the back and stood very close, too close, to me and claimed that he never spoke to me about a pedicure. I told him that a young woman answered the phone 2 weeks ago..."oh, she is on vacation, come back tomorrow". I explained that I was in the area for appts and could not return. No apologies...when I told both of them that they would not have my business, the reply was "we don't need your business". Well, they better have some business because both times I have been there, there are no clients. Wonder what is keeping them in business. Alexa Day Spa NO...take your business elsewhere! No stars on this one!

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned Alexa Day Spa is for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased! Alexa Day Spa seemed very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed. There was lots of available parking at Alexa Day Spa's office. Alexa Day Spa's staff is very friendly and professional. Alexa is the BEST!!!!
