Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment. My hair looked so beautiful when I left. My stylist, Julie is amazing and I can always go out right after my hair is done here. I've recommended this place to my friends and family. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected. I have been a client for over 6 yrs. and have not found anyone that can cut, color, and style my hair like Julie. My family has had other stylists cut their hair at this facility and we have all been pleased.

I have also been a client of fantastic Sams for many many years. Everytime i go i am greeted by someone with a warm and friendly smile. The staff has always listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. It is always clean and very well maintained. They always prove exceptional and professional service. No complaints here!

I have been going to this salon, and this salon only, for over 10 years. Julie and her staff are incredible! They are friendly and professional. After over 100 visits, I've observed that Julie treats every customer with kindness and respect. Julie is an excellent stylist, and she sets high expectations for the other stylists. Many on the staff have been there for years, so you can expect quality and consistency. Highly recommend!!

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I've been to other salons where the staff wouldn't leave me alone, but they didn't do that here. Especially when they noticed they damaged my hair. They left me alone for a long time to get their stories straight. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community which I learned after sharing my experience with other people. They left me completely alone for a long time and refused any wrong doing. I regretted not documenting or recording with my cell phone how my hair fell apart. I tried to make a complaint to Fantastic Sams but no one answered my calls or messages in their headquarters. People in this store weren't even professional enough to accept their guilt. Instead I was mocked on by several people in the staff, this place is a trap especially if you are a newcomer in town. One thing they should get a 5 star for is how they gang against a client who has a complaint.
