Front desk is horrible... Or at least the oldest man and woman that works it! Or perhaps they could smile and do more then hold their hand out for a haircut ticket and again to hand you a pen to sign your credit card receipt... Not even A WORD sometimes... And when they changed over from being able to add tip to the credit card, I asked "I can't put a tip on here?" the manager man i think, tapped with his pen on the sign that said " no more cc tipping"... Really, loser?? talking too difficult with all that product weighing your head down?

Why do I go there? Until the woman, who has been cutting my hair for years, leaves, I am forced to endure the front desk.

It is a crap shoot as to who you get. But once you find someone you like, ask for their card and schedule... makes all the difference. Front desk is rude- and I think they are part of management, which is weird.
