I had heard good things about this salon. I decided to go to Kaylynn. She was mentioned in someone else's review. She gives a great haircut and is always there waiting when I arrive. She has always done what I have asked and gives a really great haircut. She is also excellent at coloring. I would definitely recommend her as a great hairdresser.

I have been going to this salon since I was 15. When the stylist that I trusted and never had problems left, I was hesitant to go back. I did, but I shouldn't have. The new stylist did not take my direction correctly. I went in for a relaxer, not a relaxer and trim. After I told her I didn't want a trim, she did it anyway. She said my mother said it was okay, but that was my mothers opinion not MINE. It was my hair and it is ruined. She didn't give my hair a trim. I lost a total of an inch of my hair that I worked hard to grow out. Never going back. I gave them a chance and they blew it. It's a shame after trusting them for so many years.

Not willing to fix mistakes. Only interested in money and the hairdressers next tip. Managers not courteous. Walk away from you when your trying to get them to fix a problem. I guess they figure they don't have do anything once they have your money. A waste of money. It would be better to shave my head. In all seriousness take notice of how often there are new hairdressers in there. That says it all.

Their staff is friendly and professional. I got my hair cut the way I wanted. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

The front desk is NOT friendly at all.If that guy would smile, I think his face would crack. A smile does go a long way. Jennifer and Cat are the best hairdressers there. Have had my hair done by a few others and left with very uneven hair.

The front desk had to be the rudest, most unfriendly, puss face person I have ever had the unfortunate luck to encounter. Once you get passed her (a young women) the rest of the staff was ok. If you happen to be lucky enough to find a decent hairdresser like I did.. Her name is Cat, she is a great hairdresser and is very professional. As for the rest, I was cancelled numerous times and when I arrived for my appointment was told I could not be taken. That is very unprofessional!! I wonder how they are still in business
