Last Sunday I went into Hair Masters, Enumclaw WA. A young man made an appointment for later in the day to do 7 foils, and a hair cut. I got to the salon 7 minutes early. He did not have a client, but told me to wait. When I sat in the chair he told me how he over slept. Told me he loved his next client & how he stole her from another stylist. After appling the foils he asked me how long my hair processed. I told him not long. He then talked of how he needed breakfast since he slept in. He took cash out of his drawer and went out on a break. I saw him outside talking to the stylist who was in the station next to his. During my wait for him didn't know what to do so I got up & got a magazine. I waited for him to come back. He never came back to check the foils, even once. When he did come back he immediately took me over to wash the bleach off. After the hair cut and blow drying he said that I have over processed my hair with my previous dyes. The stylist who was on a break with him joined in saying that I had over processed my hair. I'm not stupid. I am 65 and do dye my hair which I have done for years, longer than the stylist is old.. If my hair was damaged before he did the foils. why didn't he tell me if was damaged and he shouldn't of put bleach on my hair.
I moved here a year ago. I felt I was in Jr. High School at Hair Masters Enumclaw, and new in school. I felt I did not fit into this small town thinking. This young man only spoke of himself, it was all about him. I felt I was intruding and a burden to him. Besides my hair damaged, my only other regret is that I left him a $10.00 tip. I will never go back to Hair Masters Enumclaw. It was not the first incident there.

The stylist quickly washed my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
