Absolutely. The stylist was very careful to make sure I stayed completely dry.

I came here before and they messed up my hair but the most recent was a last resort. I had told the woman the I only wanted a trim and after washing my hair she told me that could not cut it wet, I thought "okay...?" and went along with it. My hair was cut to short, I was charged because she couldn't cut my hair wet, and it was a huge waste of time! Never going again.
