I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I did not feel welcomed or as though I belonged. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options or discuss my personal preferences. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Their staff seemed scared of the Owner/Manager and appeared not to be well trained in customer service or in hair care.

I HAD MY HAIR CUT, COLORED, HIGHLIGHTED BY LISA. SHE DID A TERRIFIC JOB, I AM SO HAPPY WITH HER WORK AND WOULD RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY. I DEFINITELY PLAN ON GOING BACK AND ASKING FOR HER. THE SALON WAS NICE, PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND THEY HAVE TOP OF THE LINE PRODUCTS. KALENE WAXED MY EYEBROWS, SHE ALSO DOES FACIALS... VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. I HAVE A SKIN CONDITION THAT SHE IS GOING TO RESEARCH TO SEE WHAT FACIAL PRODUCTS WILL WORK BEST FOR ME. A WOULD RECOMMEND HER HIGHLY ALSO... SO ALL IN ALL EXCEPT FOR THE TOOTHPASTE I GOT ON MY SHIRT BEFORE LEAVING FOR MY APPOINTMENT IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. FIVE STARS!!!!!

Lisa at Park Avenue Salon went above and beyond to make me feel special with my new do. I've never had a cut and color as good! She listened to what I wanted and asked questions and made suggestions. I cam out looking so good I never wanted to wash my hair again! I was so impressed with her that I took my daughter to her and recommended her to friends.

Recently moved to Canby and needed to find a stylist who knew how to style and shape my thick, coarse, unruly, curly hair. Called Park Ave Salon and they connected me with Lisa. I went in with a horrible head of hair that I couldn't do anything with. Lisa consulted with me and gave me a great cut and toned down the brassy box color with a beautiful chocolate brown. I came out with soft, silky wash 'n wear hair!! Lisa will definitely be my permanent stylist!
