They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One thing that made me love them even more, was how easy they were to find. I always worry that I’m going to get lost when I try to find new places, but I didn’t. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. The actual owner was rude to me about the condition of my hair. I had a deep conditioning once and I left feeling my hair was knottier and in worse condition than before. My hair tangles VERY easily and the beautition didnt even bother to comb it out properly and was just pretty much ripping it out of my head and causing breakage. I told her to stop and that I would comb my own hair. At that point the owner looked at me and said "Oh you box dyed your hair and destroyed it, didn't you?" That was very rude and unprofessional from what I feel. Matter of fact I didn't box dye my hair, I used natural dye and my hair ALWAYS tangled like this since I was a baby because it is so fine. The staff should know how to properly towel dry and comb hair in my oppinion. Also, they seem to have a lot of younge people running the place at night that don't know what they are doing. They had someone new work on my nails and they came out horrible. No one even botherd to check on her work. I was in too much of a rush to complain.
