I had a terrible experience with this salon today. As soon as I gave Sherron my groupon, she started giving me an attitude. She did a reasonably okay job with highlights, but most of them are in the front of my face, none in the back, even thought I paid for FULL highlights. She was watching television during the entire time I was there and it was loud. Dr. Phil, of all things. She also received multiple texts and replied to them.

She forgot to cut my hair and sent me packing immediately after she rinsed me. I had to ask her for a towel to dry my hair, it was dripping wet.

Don't waste your money in this place, ladies!

She was rude over the phone and certainly didn't seem like she wanted to meet a new client. She made a point to seem like she was an authority on all things "hair" when what she did to my hair wasn't anything to write home about. She down-played the hard work my real stylist has been doing to my hair. It was an AWFUL VISIT! No wonder her shop closed down on Main Street. She needs a course in ettitiquite for sure!!! Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.

I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. The office was easy enough to find. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I also received a scathing phone call from someone after I posted my review. It was under a restricted phone number...it could be just me but I think it was the stylist

I got an appointment quickly. But, I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Ms. Algarin is very rude, unprofessional, and openly talks about others with clients. After, a long day of work, I don't want to hear it! This is a want-a-be high end salon with high prices. StAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I WENT THERE AND WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY OUTCOME. FOR ONE THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE SALON, 2 THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE (SHERRON ALGARIN) 3. COME TO FIND OUT SHE IS NOT A LICENSED STYLIST. I CHECKED HER OUT ON THE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGIST WEBSITE AND SHE DID NOT EXIST. THE BOARD DOES NOT HAVE HER REGISTERED. DON'T GO THERE I SHOULD HAVE DID MY CHECKING BEFORE I WENT.
