Val has been doing my hair for 6+ years. I would never go anywhere else. Cut, color, styling - she does it all, beautifully and skillfully.

Val is amazing! She knows just what to do with my hair and what products to use depending on the time of year. Her haircut is so good people are always asking me, "Did you just get your hair done?" The simple answer is she makes it easy to take care of myself. And color?? You name it and she nails it....every time!!

I would highly recommend Hair Trends!!
Val does a wonderful job with color and she is a pleasure to work with. She really listens to the client and works with you to achieve what you're looking for.

I LOVE HAIR TRENDS! The new salon is stunning and chìc. Ive known Val for a very long time, she is a wonderful women and ALWAYS does a great job with my hair! Love love love tge best salon around!

I had to give one star because the review will not allow zero starts. I went here with high hopes of finding a good salon in the area so I do not have to go to NY or Boston. Val did not even remotely fulfill those expectations. The cut was not at all what I asked for and seems uneven, and the the color and highlight was very "chunky"- looked like a first-timer did it at home. I would not return and not recommend to anyone, unless you really want an adventure.

I have had my hair cut and colored for many years at Hair Trends, and feel very lucky to have found a salon that is not only up to date on the current trends in hairstyle and processes as well as products but also always provides a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The owner and stylists offer a weath of talent in cutting, styling and coloring - I am always pleased with my hair and in fact often receive compliments on my cut and color outside of the salon. Hair Trends offers flexible scheduling and is always willing to accomodate last-minute appointments. I recommend Hair Trends to friends and recommend it as an outstanding salon in the Upper Valley area.

Val and her staff are all incredible. I recently had my hair styled by Val for my wedding, and Val somehow managed to get a ton of volume, style, and exactly the right look for my wedding out of my very thin hair. It was just right -- glamorous, but not "prommy". She got the look right for my grandmothers, my mother, and my maid of honor, too, and she even gave me an amazing blow-out for my rehearsal dinner that made me feel like a star. Another stylist, Lindy, cut my husband's hair a few days before the wedding, and it was the best haircut he's ever had. Period. I booked Val based only on a phone recommendation by my florist, but from my first conversation with Val, I knew she was perfect. She's confident in her creations, and she backs it up in practice. I just wish I lived in Vermont so I could be a regular customer... Thanks, Val, for helping me feel so beautiful on my big day and all wedding weekend!
