Kim is only concerned about making $$. I called to say that I was running late and could reschedule and Kim said 'COME IN.' I went for a perm and she rolled my hair using small rods then when people started coming in she took everyone for a haircut even though I was sitting waiting. Then when I said something she said to wait 10 minutes more after she was finished cutting a man who had just walked in. She then charged me full price for the perm, cut and style and I ask why was she charging me full price she said "BECAUSE YOU WAS LATE" OK but I called to ask you if it was OK to come in late Kim! This is a waste of time and $$ for me to drive to a place that has 'PISSED POOR SERVICE' plus Kim is rude. Don't think about going here folks. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!! I left this salon with wet hair and this woman was ashamed to charge the full price for poor service
