They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. My hair looked so beautiful when I left. My stylist is amazing and I can always go out right after my hair is done here. The equipment they used was very advanced. It was safe and well taken care of.
