I love it!!! They cut my hair perfect ever time and style it so I know what I looks like. I recommend it to everyone and the price is right!!!

I reluctently went back to this salon (after the stylist cut my hair about 6 inches more than I had asked her I guess that is a trim for her) hoping that things would be better a friend of mine who still went there had said that the stylist (Gabrielle) could do tape in hair extensions. I had been shopping around to have done for my wedding. I went in for the consultation and told her why I was doing them and I had mentioned I was going to Cancun for our honeymoon. I was concerned because I wanted to make sure they would be ok since I would probably be in the ocean and told her that I don't get my hair or face wet if I put it up in a poneytail if that would be ok. She assured me several times not to worry that in fact I could get them wet. So I decided to go ahead and set an appointment to have them put in. She told me I would have to put a deposit down I paid approximately $250 at that time (so she could order the hair) and the tolal cost would be $400. I agreed had them put in and went back to have them readjusted about 3-4 weeks later. Went on my honeymoon and put my hair up at the beach as I do not get my hair or face wet ( never have ) and went back to the room to get ready and the extension tape had melted and got extremely matted in my hair. My husband carefully combed them out ( taking 3hrs) while I was histaracle because I thought I was going to have to cut my own hair out to get them out. When I got back I let her know what had happened and she told me to bring the hair in and she would see what she could do. I went in gave her the rats nest and she told me she would call the manufacturer because she stated that should have not happened, and she would have them send new hair and she would put them back in for me at no charge all I had to do is buy the tape. Well I tried texting her she did responded to my first text stating that she was out of town and she would call them for me (this is a month later) didn't hear anything for another 3 weeks text her again and got no response. This is very bad business!!! I spent a total of about $600 dollars and a night ruined on my honeymoon and she could not even try to come up with a solution. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO SEE HER AT THIS SALON. She reassured me that the extensions would be ok (that was my first time going to Cancun) and she even goes herself to Cancun frequently on vacations so she is fully aware of the humidity and weather. I am disgusted she probably gets to take vacations because she rips people off. Do not go to this salon!!!
