I initially sought Taryn due to a series of 6 concurrent bladder infections that antibiotics could not cure. I followed her protocol and, sure enough, I was cured and haven’t had one since. This was 15 years ago and I have been seeing her and following her advice ever since. I will be 80 in October and am on no medications. All my blood test readings are within acceptable levels and my blood pressure is 120 over 80. I take a yoga class and 2 exercise classes a week. I make quilts and donate them to a woman's shelter in Chicago. I make dog beds and donate them to an animal shelter in Mount Prospect. I walk 1/2 hour daily. I owe my state of health and energy to her. Thank you Taryn!

I don't understand the previous reviewer. "Look past her unconventional personality..." If you're looking for conventional then go to a traditional physician....not someone who practices alternative medicine. If you're looking for solutions, then come here. I've been treated by Dr. DeCicco for everything from adrenal fatigue to acupuncture for muscular pain and knee problems. My family has also been treated by her and she's even helped my pets (for thyroid problems & allergies)! As far as I'm concerned, she's a miracle worker. And yes, that's unconventional.

I have received treatment form Dr. DeCicco off an on for several years now. I have also received treatments from other practicioners while traveling so I have witnessed other styles of treatment. Because of my profession, carpel tunnel , shoulder and arm pain plague me from time to time. I have tried physical therapy, cortisone injections, massage therapy and medications. I have to say that acupuncture from Dr. DeCiccio has worked best to eleviate symptoms quickly and keep them from re-occuring for the longest spans of time. I have read the previous reviews and I also had misgivings the first time I met her. However after working with her I have to say she knows her stuff and gets the job done. Look past her unconventional personality and style and look to the results and I'm sure you will be pleasantly suprised.
