I have found hope. Melanie is a very caring and wants to get to the root of my problem. Digging much deeper than any medical Dr. that I have been to. She made me feel very comfortable and has already been able to find some things that were not found by the Medical Dr. I want to take this moment to thank Melanie for giving me hope because I had lost what little I did have before going to see her. For me she is the sort of person who is a pleasure to work with. She is sincere and caring and I felt that I was listened to and heard. What was important to me mattered.

The first thing is to gather information and then put together a plan from there. I came away feeling very positive about how we were going to approach my particular problems and how that would all work out.

It helped that my wife had been seeing her and had positive experiences as well.

Her assistant or receptionist was also very pleasant and positive as well.

Compared to other doctors and health professionals I have seen over the years this has been one of if not the most positive experience I have had with a health professional.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
