Hello, Dr. Steed. I pray that you are well as well as your family and staff. It's been 25 years since I seen you last as I was your patient for about 18 months and I remember how helpful you and your staff at your office in San Luis Obispo was I am hoping to made an appointment to see you again I live in Chula Vista at present in the county of San Diego And I have injuryed my lower as before My L3 / L4/ D1 and I am in alot of pain but I know you can help me like before years ago I known you are the best Chiropractor. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Dr. Mark Steed has provided me great relief from sports injuries. Among the many benefits that come from his care I am more athletically competitive, have more strength and coordination, but also live a happier life with faster recovery from injuries. That is why I have continued to see Doctor Steed for nearly 20 years because I believe I am keeping my health and life on track. Doctor Steed has helped me in so many ways from recovering from all sorts of injuries, to having better sleep at night, and I also have more energy throughout allowing me to lead a more productive and fulfilling life.

I had initially started seeing Dr. Steed after a neck injury sustained in a car accident. It was also discovered during my initial exam that I had an old compression fracture, which was a complicating factor to the current injury. I was treated with success in regard to the neck injury, and am currently in a maintenance program to keep the rest of my spine healthy and aligned. I have had great results with Dr. Steed, as I had been to another chiropractor about 2 years prior who was never able to adjust the area of the old fracture. I have since had better nerve function and circulation in my extremities, and relief from severe upper shoulder/neck pain and tension headaches.

I've been going to Dr. Steed for 2.5 years now, I went originally because I had a sciatic nerve issue on my right side that caused my leg to go numb in places or feel pain. I was getting married in April 08 and didn’t want walk down the aisle with my leg in pain or numb. My husband’s coworker went to Dr. Steed so I gave him a try.

Not only did he fully explain everything about the adjustments, but also told me in great detail what was going on with my sciatic issue. By the time I walked down the aisle I had no more leg numbness or pain. With maintenance visits I have kept the sciatic issue at bay.

On another occasion a year ago I was moving a couch into the house and tripped, the couch fell on me and I fell on my hip. Within days my back and was tied up in knots and I was in excruciating pain. I called Dr. Steed and go in immediately and after my adjustment the pain was relieved and within a few days I was back to my usual self.

I would recommend Dr. Steed to anyone needing chiropractic work, he’s very friendly and easy to get along with, he explains everything you would ever need to know about your issue and is very accommodating when you need an appointment ASAP.

“After many other types of treatment for my worker’s comp injury years ago and two car accidents I wasn’t getting any better. I saw Dr. Steed and got the relief I was looking for. I have referred several of my friends to Dr. Steed and I’ve seen them all be helped tremendously.
