Dr. Erica Hwang's office is conveniently located across from public parking garage. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff

The Bethesda Physicians office of Dr. Hwang put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They never suggested that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I have been seeing Dr. Hwang for more than a decade. She is a Dr. that when I am sick that I want to be looked after. Even her office does not take insureance, I am still wanting to see her for my well or sick visit. Yes, she is that good. Her knowledge and experience and warm care are super that it is hard for other Dr. to replace her. Thank you Dr. Hwang

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
