Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
