I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still ok with their phone etiquette. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.
