It is by far the worse of the worse. Staff are rude. You won't get a hello or smile unless you say it first. The professional training is non-existent; they are uncaring, they don't want to be bothered. The nurses are lpn's and the aides are mean.and rough..i have seen people left the whole day in the hallway. I hear them yell and make fun of the sick people. Taking "breaks" with their phone and purses in patient rooms. They talk about family members when you are not there.The patients are dirty. Its so sad to go and visit your loved one. My mother is a patient at Westfield. She asks for help and I see the staff people completely ignore her and others. I complain to the supervisors and am basically ignored. We're working hard to get her out of what my mother refers to as a hell hole. Please look elsewhere..its horrible.

Horrid place; uncaring staff, dirty, poorly run. I could write pages on what I saw and how family was treated, instead let me just say that if you care about your loved ones don’t bring them here!

IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY DONT PUT THEM IN THIS HELL HOLE,,, NOONE DOES A THING BUT YES YOU TO DEATH AND NOTHING IS DONE,, PATIENTS CALL FOR HELP FOR HOURS AND NO ONE COMES,, THE AIDES WALK RIGHT PAST THEM!!! DISGRACE,, CLOTHES ARE STOLEN ALL TIME,, THEY LIE AND SAY THEY ARE IN THE LAUNDRY,, ACTIVITIES ARE BARELY EXIST AND THE ONES THEY DO HAVE A BOGUS AND THE PATIENTS HATE,,, THE DIRECTOR OF ACTIVITIES DOES NOTHING BUT STARE AT HER COMPUTE AND GET PAID FOR IT,,, A SCAM OF A PLACE,,, FOOD IS AWEFUL TO STAY THE LEAST,,, RUN RUN RUN FROM HERE,, I WOULDNT PUT MY CAT HERE,,,,I HAD TO PUT A STAR RATING TO LET THIS GO THRU ,, BUT I GIVE IT NO STARS,,, A PATIENT NEEDED OXYGEN AND THEY HAD NONE FOR 3 DAYS,, ARE YOU KIDDING ME./.. THESE PEOPLE ARE FROM HELL!!

Poor management reflected in attitude and lack of proper patient care by staff, medication errors. Call lights in rooms on for an hour or more without response or attention, after an hour they came in the room turned the call light off and said they'd be back. On this one circumstance in particular it took over 45 minutes for the aid to return. Patients are NOT changed nor repositioned regularly though when brought to their attention they look you right in the face and tell you the patient was changed. I am not deaf dumb nor blind. The patient was not changed in an 8 hour period but once before being moved from bed to her wheelchair, disgustingly this was not a fluke but the regular occurrence at this facility. It literally is NOT any form of care facility other than less than neglectful care.

Horrible...HORRIBLE place to ever put a loved one. The staff was non-caring and rude. My grandmother was there for 2 days and upon arrival, she was fully clothed with shoes on in bed (half coherent). The excuse was that they were getting ready to get her up and into a wheelchair to go get some air. After injecting her with medication my grandmother went completely incoherent. I asked what the medication was for several times and the staff became agitated. One nurse in particular Mary Lou told me she gave her whatever was ordered by the Dr. and if I didn't like the way things were being handled that I could always chose another facility. WOW...I wish I could post the picture of my grandmother and the way they left her slumped over in the wheelchair. I repeatedly questioned the staff and they informed me that they had called an ambulance for my grandmother because she need more medical attention. Needless to say only days later my grandmother passed after never fully recovering from any poor decisions they made at this location. HIGHLY HURT and truly saddened that anyone (no matter how much you hate your job) could be so careless about someone's life....I would NEVER recommend this facility to ANYONE.........ANYONE...

My mother was here for several weeks in the short term care area.
I felt they were very understaffed and were unable to provide good care for my mom.
I would never recommend this place.

Run don't walk away from this place, especially if you are put in the long term care area. The aides are the laziest, nastiest people I don't know where they get them from. Did they not know their job description when they took it. The food is sub par at best The nurses and social service people will listen to your concerns while your in front of them then disregard them immediately after. The rooms smell of urine so strongly I couldn't stay in the room when visiting. I have relatives that used this facility a couple of years ago and it was way better then. Now I would NEVER recommend it to anyone .

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
IF U HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER IN HERE OR ANY OTHER PLACE LIKE THIS YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT A FAMILY MEMBER IS WITH THE PATIENT A MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND QUESION EVERY ACTION OF THE STAFF AND DOCTORS BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT MAKING MONEY YOU ARE A CUSTOMER NOT A PATIENT. I CAN'T GO INTO THE WHOLE STORY YET BECAUSE MY FAMILY MEMBER IS SILL IN THIS HELL HOLE BUT WHEN HE/SHE IS OUT I WILL GIVE MY NAME AND NUMBER AND ANSWER ANY QUESTION YOU HAVE. I WILL CHALLENGE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND PROVE THIS PLACE IS SUB PAR AND THE STAFF AND DOCTORS TREAT THE CUSTOMERS AS IF THEY HAVE ALREADY PASSED AWAY. STAY AWAY........... IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY.

They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. the customer's always right. The aides are lazy. They leave the poor residents in diapers and are too lazy to change them. The rooms smells. Only the front looks good. Go at night before bedtime to get the true picture. They talk a good game.
