I believed I was making the right decision choosing this facility. The positives are the aides, physical therapy team and the activities team. Lack of urgency is my major complaint. The most important part of the care is the medical team. The medical team is incompetent. They were not receptive and did not take control of a situation when it was brought to their attention. Not once did I see doctor visit or evaluate my family member. After many inquiries and requests for assistance and being ignored, I made the decision to go to the ER. I was dismissed and not heard. If your loved one is healthy and just requires assistance with day to day activities, fine, if your loved one needs medical care, I would not recommend this facility.

My heart is broken, I trusted them to care for my loved one and they failed.

I gave a 3 star because of my having to clean my room myself on certain days. The staff is very nice, warm and helpful. Physical therapy is excellent. I've been here 3 weeks now. I would recommend this facility.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE TOO MANY PATIENTS TO A NURSE DONT GIVE MEDICINE WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE DO NOT USE THEM THEY CAUSED MY MOM TO PASS BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
