While the staff is very helpful and accommodating, my stay here of 6 days and counting has revealed some serious flaws. It is clear to me the the place is understaffed, especially at night. Understaffed and therefore overworked. The physical therapists have to very creative, making do with what seems to be a lack of equipment.
One serious piece of advice: don't come here if you don't speak Spanish. I happen to bilingual, so that has not been a problem for me. If I did not speak Spanish, I would be very uncomfortable here because many of the staff speak only Spanish.
