They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
