Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up

No, but they said they were going to!

We visit this provider not as clients, but as guests bringing baby goats and other animals to "visit" the patients. This provider seems to be very positive toward any enrichment activities that would enhance the residents' quality of life. Their facility seems clean and there are many "pets" for the residents to enjoy.
