Poor provider as a nursing home. Staff is rude and unprofessional to both patient and family members I feel this nursing home needs to be reported to the nursing home review board. I am thinking of writing the ombudsmen myself.

I have been trying to get a hold of the doctor and social worker at this place with no call back. My brother is there and they will not release him! sometimes they even hang up on me!!!
