I am wanting the facility to check on the telephone in my aunt's room. It rings, but she doesn't answer. This has been going on for about three weeks.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
