I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Based on the way I have been treated, I have decided to place my Mother there.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
