No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Did your provider ask enough questions that you felt they took a holistic approach to your appointment?
They weren't interested what was going on for me so they asked very few questons.

I went of visit a friend, a former CEO. This is his report. While he is far more cognizant than the average resident here, the care he receives is equitable. In other words they treat him like a total invalid, an incapable baby. Strict rules and one directional conversations are what you would expect in a jail or drug treatment facility. Most of the staff is outsourced to disassociated companies that do not communicate. Management is interested in keeping the income stream flowing,

One doctor is responsible for every patient in the facility, legally overriding all the instructions from preceding outside specialists, meaning this is the end of the chain of care. Even if the doctor had the time or opportunity to read and understand each patient's chart and unique circumstances, the therapists seem on a one track mind to deliver a one size fits all version of treatments. With few exceptions, the staff doesn't seem to care. Meds, the lifeblood of seniors, are manipulated. My friend knows the pills he has taken for over three years, what he is given are unfamiliar.

I personally watched many staff members ignore the struggles of several patients. They seemed oblivious. What would take their able bodies virtually no effort to push a wheelchair over an (unnecessary) bump in the floor or to open a door. Instead they would choose, en masse, to ignore and let a resident languish.

I have no idea if this kind of place is normal in this industry. I suspect it is endemic. This specific hospital sounds horrifying. Thinking of my future, keep me out of here.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
