First off, to give this place one star is stretching it. I honestly wouldn't rate this place any stars!! For starters, the building is super run down, and smells terrible inside. I know a place like this won't smell like heaven, but the smell in there was a bit ridiculous! My grandmother was here for a month or so and one of the biggest regrets in my life is letting this sorry excuse for a "care and rehab" to take care of her. There was one person there I actually liked. One. How sad is that? A lot of times it took over 30 minutes to get someone in the room to giver her medicines. One of the night shift nurses was super rude and left her feeding tube un hooked for over an hour! Then when I asked her why, she looked at me like I was speaking another language, I reported her but nothing seemed to be done about it. Which doesn't surprise me. If you have a loved one there and you have a "nurse practitioner" named Aston (or something like that) I would recommend getting someone else! That lady is the devil. She had the nerve to tell my grandma not once but twice to her face that she wasn't going to ever get better. Who says that to a 83 year old woman who has bad anxiety?! Do you have no common sense? After that my grandma suffered severe depression. That's when she started going down more than she ever had. I know she wasn't gonna be around for that long, but that evil woman made her pass a few months before her time. If you don't think she is gonna get better, common sense would tell you to come to te family first! But she obviously lacks that. Pigeon Forge Care and Rehab is a much better place. Doesn't smell nearly as bad, and the workers care more and don't get attitudes so easy, oh and they left her feeding tube attached!!

Not at all, the equipment is dangerous!

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes, they went above and beyond

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.
