It says on Sea Crest web site that pets are welcome to visit. I brought
My dog twice a shih-tzu to visit, with permission. Twice two different women at front desk were rude, the second time l came the women at
desk told me to take my dog out. I had to stay in my husband room the
3 or 4 hours that l was there. They should not put on the web site how
important dog visit is to the patient. It is a big lie.

The Physical Therapy Staff along with the other staff were super friendly. It made my short stay comfortable.. I was pleased to say the least..

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Since reopening from Hurricane Sandy this home is under new management. The new owners have not cleaned and disinfected the home thoroughly, this home always was clean and smelled clean nit any more. The place used to be bustling with residents happy and moving freely thru the home not anymore. The new management speaks their own language in front of residents and staff and it is clear money is all they are concerned with not the residents. It's a shame because this used to be a very friendly & nice place. My parent used to be there but no more feels more like an institution than a home.

If you're looking for a dependable and trustworthy nursing home, look no further. I would recommend them to anyone I know. . They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I always enjoy my appointments here.
