They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The equipment at this nursing home was far superior than any other facility I have visited. I knew my loved one would be in good hands and well taken care of. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

My Mother was in this facility for a year and a half before she died. My Family was extreemly happy with the way they treated our elderly Mother. The staff could not have been better. They constantly contacted me with changes in her condition, no matter how small a change. They truly cared about our Mothers well being and for that we are truly grateful. I would recomend this facilty to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

Not Really

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

worst place i have ever seen! the staff is rude and the place was gross! do not send anyone here! my grandmother was in for less the 24 hours until we moved her because of how she was treated. she would buzz for a nurse to go to the bathroom and they wouldnt come! then they would leave her to sit in it! they would yell at her to help when moving her even though she couldnt because she has problems with her legs which is why she was there! THE STAFF IS RUDE! NEVER TAKE ANYONE HERE!
