If I could not give them a star I would. I have been in health care for over 15 years and cannot believe the staff they hire. No one knows anything ever. You ask if you can borrow a pen their answer is " I don't know" or do you know where I can find the nurse "I don't know" Where can I borrow a pen? "I don't know" is the only answer you get. Not to mention Nick, someone in Admin left me a 14min long voicemail which violated every HIPPA law possible by providing all personal information about my family member staying there. We have bought numerous clothing and do the laundry however he is always missing clothes. I buy special socks that are $20 a pair and they always seem to be "MISSING" although I write his name and room number on them in permanent marker. With Numerous Special requests NOT to take his laundry out of the room, they did and STOLE money from him and refused to acknowledge it. My family member is on a special diet so we try to buy all the additional things he needs and they are constantly removing it from his room and "losing" it. The CNA's are non educated (remeber, I have been in health care & no intelligence when I see it) LAZY people. Kingsley, one of the CNA's is AMAZING, kind and takes pride in his position. Currently, with all the receipts, violation of HIPPA and negligence on behalf of my family member I have sought legal council. I will be moving forward with legal actions. I hope no one treats their family members the way they have done to my FATHER. It is NOT acceptable in any manner, EVER!
