The staff at Rosewood have been very nice to my mother and our family. Rosewood has the atmosphere of " a can do attitude.' I appreciate the loving way the staff talk to and care for my mother. The staff call me anytime there is a change. And, if I ever have any concerns they handle it quickly and call me to follow up.

I have lived here at Rosewood for 3 years and have only great things to say. Everyone has been nice and kind and go out of there way for me. My family and I are very pleased with care. The therapy department is awesome and the respiratory therapist has always gone over and beyond. I love the food and they always make sure I get what I want to eat.

The nursing aides are great, and help me in any way they can. I love everyone of the nursing staff, they are kind and listen to you. They put the resident first. The nursing staff continually check on me. And, I really appreciate how the head of nursing staff walk around every morning and say, " good morning and how are you doing." That just makes my day. It is like you are a family member here . I feel like I am a sister.

It is a great place to live if you need to be in a nursing facility. My sister said, she wants to come to live at Rosewood too. I have been in other facilities and this one is the best!

No, there was no annoying music
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

This is a nice place to live and the staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy participating in all the activities they have to offer like; bingo, card games, movies and church services.
