Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. One thing that's been so annoying about #fullname|business~this provider#, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was really impressed with how great they were answering any and all questions. I left very informed and about their nursing home. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
