Horrible--Said my mother was physically able to go home--Doctor OKd her too--Next day at home, could not get out of chair or toilet--next day--back to hospital with blood pressure at 90/50 and continued ailment which was suppose to be arrested returned for third time. Case worker and assistant supervisor all said she was ready for home because benefits were ending?I"ve lost alot of respect for medical profession and Regents specifically--Beware of this warehousing facility

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you?
Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
