They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
