No, they take every concern of mine seriously

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

1 star if too high of a rating for Pennknoll. The staff do not belong in this field as they clearly do not care for their patients. Forgetting to administer medications, not mainting the hygenine of patients' medical aids, and no knowledge of proper care are just a few complaints. Do NOT use them or place a loved one in their care.

No, I had to leave I was so distressed
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Mostly, I was still a little nervous
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
