This is one of the worst cared for facilities I have seen in a long time. The room are dark and dirty. Halls are narrow and dirty, in need if more then a coat of paint. The outlet covers in the room were missing with wires exposed. As we sat with my dying grandmother other dementia patients wandered in an out of the room. not my
