Not very happy with the way my grandmother is being cared for. Has been left to sit in soiled clothes, wheelchair cushion and bed smells of urine also. This is Totally UNACCEPTABLE. I work in healthcare and would never treat someone else's family in this way. I will be looking into the problem and making sure it gets fixed ASAP.
