THIS IS A HORRIBLE FACILITY. DIRTY, OLD FURNITURE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE. MY HUSBAND SAT IN HIS ROOM FOR ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE ANYONE EVEN CAME TO CHECK ON HIM WHEN HE WAS BROUGHT IN. MEDICATIONS TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE BED AND TV WERE BROKEN AND THE CORD TO CALL FOR HELP WAS SHREDDED S O HE COULDNT EVEN REACH IT. HE HAD TO USE HIS CELL PHONE TO CALL US TO TELL THEM HE WAS IN THE ROOM AND NEEDED TO USE THE REST ROOM AFTER MAJOR BACK AND LEG SURGERY. MY SON FIXED HIS BED SWITCHED HIS TV FR0M AN EMPTY ROOM AND WE COULD NOT GET ANY HELP !! HE WENT THE ENTIRE WEEKEND WITHOUT HIS MEDICATION AND THEY DIDNT CARE !!! DO NOT TAKE ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND THE PLACE HAS A HORRIBLE STENCH WHEN YOU WALK IN . NEVER HEARD FROM THEM IN RESPONSE TO OUR PROBLEMS. FOOD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE EITHER. WE BROUGHT OUR OWN.
