I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. Patients were treated poorly, fed food that stunk and were shoved around in a most harmful manner, mainly because of a poorly trained staff. Patients are routinely drugged or sedated in order to make the job easier on employees. I will not be allowing anyone I love to be in this nursing home.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
