I was put in Macon manor in 99 also got out in 99 I need a copy of my discharge papers so my medicaid can take it off my record they still paying for me being there I can't even get another wheelchair cause of it please call me at 9123213011 or mail a copy of my discharge papers to my address under janie Mullis 300 Brantley Dr lot 170 hinesville ga 31313
