My Mother lives here. they were great when she moved in several years back but have gone to pot now. She has to wait all day for basic needs ( Meds, bathroom, ice, etc.) Some patients, more helpless than her, don't get their call buttons answered at all. She was overdosed on medication and it was caught by a family member not a staff member as it should have been. Place desperately needs a new manager.

The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.
