I have a friend had her mother admitted. I have never seen such terrible service in my life! The place was dirty and uncared for as was the resident. The best move they made was to bring her home and use Hospice there. Would not recommend Good Sam to anyone!

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
