They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Their equipment was just average. It didn't knock my socks off or anything, but most of it still appeared safe. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
