Our sweet late mother who was there in 2012 was there for ONE WEEK. She was completely neglected and declined into an emergency health situation. When my sister arrived to see her, she was nearly unresponsive. We got her out of there as soon as possible, and then Administration was a complete nightmare trying to charge us fees for records when we were never informed of fees. Out mother almost died and no one cared. I am sitting here going through her paperwork all these years later and recall the situation. We had dealt with "Anu Lumba" (spelling?) and "Ron". I still have the paperwork regarding the incident. Keep loved ones out of this hell hole of a facility.

It is very sad to read these recent reviews. This used to be a fine facility. Our mother was there 2005-08. Family-owned for most of that time & it showed. Home//Family-like atmosphere. Nurses & aides deeply cared about patients. Very responsive to patient and family. We did see things begin to change with the new owners ~'07/08 before our mother passed away. The new owners seemed very coin-operated. Staff was cut resulting in lower levels of patient care and lower staff morale, focus shifted from patient to process. What a shame!

They cancel on me all the time.

Tired of this place harassing us for payment for my father in law..he is totally covered by his insurance but they don't have the patience to wait for payment ,also asked for weeks for them to cut his nails,,they were like talons,,just disgusted with this place,,they never get him out of bed to sit up in a chair..I could go on..looking for a new home for him...

They took an hour to answer my grandmothers call light, after which time she had urinated herself, which also soaked the cast on her ankle. They left her leg wrapped in a urine soaked cast for two weeks despite her repeatedly requesting they call her doctor and have it changed. Phones given to patients don't work, repeated calls to the nursing station went unanswered, when I finally did get through I was told they would fix them "tomorrow" which turned into a week. My grandmother was told by the CNA that she was only allowed to use the bathroom every two hours, when she reported this to the nurse nothing was done. In the process of contacting the state regarding this place. Do NOT put your family members here. 6 week rehab turned into a complete nightmare.

Hilaire is a horror. My son was there for 10 years after new owners took over medical neglect, staff quitting, dirty,Lamda owner a witch, food horrible and Doctors not good enough for pets. Total BAD

This was the worst facility I've encountered, and unfortunately we've been through many. The administrative staff was completely inept, except for one fantastic supervisor named Odette. The director of nursing and the nursing supervisor were inept, nervous, inattentive (the nursing supervisor, Steve) and almost like jokes. The poor patients there were kept in hallways. The nursing and aide staff were overworked and the floor for MUCH of the time is unattended. The doctors are absolutely useless and in our case provided dangerously incorrect medical advice. What a nightmare this place is.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
Does this provider treat their staff well?
No, the staff was very mistreated
Does this provider give unbiased advice?
Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!
