I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks for the care that was provided for my mother.She was admitted May 2, 2011. This was my first experience with a senior living facility. I must admit that I was very nervous and very skeptical of your facility or any facility for that matter.
During the time that my mother was there I witnessed many things. My wife and I have had the opportunity to get to know other people at Heartland. I can assure you that not once I have ever seen nothing but a professional staff. They were always eager to help and were constantly asking if we needed anything.
During the last days that my mother was there, no matter what the question or the request, the staff was eager to accommodate. Other famaily members that came to visit also commented on the service, treatment and the cleanlyness of your facility.

As I stated before, I was very scared about the choice that I made but I realize now that it was the right choice. Words cannot describe how grateful that I am for the care that you gave my mother. With the experience and the memories that we received, Heartland Villa will always have a special place in my heart.
