This place is always short on staff. Today I read an ad that says 10 of 24 position are vacant. I have seen it take 45 minutes or more for help to arrive when the call help button Is pushed. Staff does what they can with the mountain of work they are forced to deal with. I would also mention that rarely Is the food appealing. If you like having ONE shower per wing to share and your meds late then this place is for you!!!!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
