The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. Their equipment was ancient. By the looks of it I wouldn't be surprised if they've never replaced any of it. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
