Not Good since new owners took over, poor staffing cutting hours, not enough aides....residents, families and staff not happy anymore !!!

The rehab was outstanding. Lots of staff with short wait times. Dad was here for 2 weeks and did really well.

This is a nice place, as far as nursing homes can be nice. As usual (and I've dealt with other nursing homes in other states) things have been stolen from my mother. The help in such places range from very compassionate to indifferent. That's just the way it is. I've had to awaken the help to get something done on certain occasions. But, my mother seems happy there and that is what counts.

Greenwich woods is a frustrating place. There is no transparency as to who is in charge, or how decisions are made. As a family advocate, I got the total run-around from director, doctor, nurses.

very low expectations where rehab goals are concerned for patients. willingness to let patients languish in wheelchairs for hours on end. inattention to matters of personal dignity. Nursing is very spotty. Some good nurses, but all too often i found my family member not dressed, without hearing aid, teeth, etc. No consistent thoughtful attention to quality of life for residents.

They talk a good game, the lobby is nice, but when you get down to it, GW has a profit mentality. GW cares about money, not about people.
